Returns & Exchanges
Thanks for shopping with us at UOIOnline.com! We hope that you love everything you find. In case you are unhappy with any item in your order we want to make the return process as smooth as possible. Returns MUST be received unwashed, unworn, free of any scents, & in the original condition they were received in (tags & boxes included). Missing shoe boxes will incur a 30% restocking fee. The customer pays return shipping. Shipping is non-refundable. If you received a DAMAGED item, we MUST be notified with a photo of the damage within 24 hours of delivery. We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. We only offer store credit for returns. We do not issue refunds to the original method of payment. We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store Credit never expires. We get new styles daily and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn’t work out!
Items returnable for in-store credit or exchange only: Items bought with a gift card or at a discount less than 30%.
Any item discounted at or over 30%, swimsuits, makeup, accessories, items received in an exchange, and intimate items are FINAL SALE.
If you would like to exchange, you must contact us before sending back your return so that we may hold your new item for you. Online credit is delivered via online gift card to the e-mail you provided.
We offer 2 options for returned items:
If a return is postmarked within 14 days of delivery it qualifies for the option of online credit. An online gift card will be sent for the amount of the returned products to the e-mail on file for the order.
If a return is postmarked within 14 days of delivery it qualifies for the option of exchange. Before you ship your order back, please contact us with the item you would like to receive so that we may put it on hold for you.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 2 business days. If your package meets the criteria above, it will be processed according to the answers on this form. If you requested a refund, please allow 2-5 business days for the transaction to process.
